# How can I download the MT5 Platform on my desktop?

To download the MT5 platform on your desktop, simply follow the steps below :
 1- Visit the [WB Portal](https://sc.cnuserhub.com/register?lang=en)
 2- Login and with your registered e-mail address and password.
 3- Click on View More “...'' and click on 'Download' under MT5 Desktop
 4- Click on the downloaded file at bottom of the page
 5- Click 'Run'
 6- Select 'Yes'
 7- 'Next' and wait for the download to complete
 8- Click 'Finish'
 9- Select the server name (Live or Demo) and click “OK” to be signed in to your MT5. You can find your server on your WB Portal or App under Account Details.
 10- Select 'New real account' or 'New Demo Account' and press 'next', You will then be directed to the Portal to create an account
 11- If you have an account, press on 'Existing trade account'
 12- Complete your details:
 - Login: Your account number (found on your WB Portal)
 - Password: As specified during registration
 13- You are now logged in and may proceed with trading
